The schedule of the national maritime company, Algérie Ferries, now boasts a rich array of crossings. Indeed, Algérie Ferries operates voyages to France, Italy, and Spain. For the latter destination, two ports are served by the company.
These are the ports of Barcelona and Alicante. However, in a new statement posted online on Monday, July 31, 2023, Algérie Ferries announces several changes to its crossing schedule to Spain.
Crossings to Spain: Algérie Ferries Makes Changes to Its Schedule
Indeed, in its new statement, the national maritime company announces modifications concerning these services between the port of Algiers and that of Alicante in Spain. Algérie Ferries’ changes are as follows:
- Algiers – Alicante, scheduled for August 3, will be advanced to August 1, 2023, at 8:00 PM;
- Alicante – Algiers, scheduled for August 4, 2023, will be carried out on August 6, 2023, at 7:00 PM by the Tariq Ibn Ziyad;
- Algiers – Alicante, scheduled for August 26, will be postponed to August 27, 2023, at 8:00 PM;
- The return crossing Alicante – Algiers, scheduled for August 27, will also be postponed to August 28 at 7:00 PM;
- The Algiers – Alicante trip initially scheduled for August 27 will be postponed to August 29 at 7:00 PM;
- Algiers – Alicante on September 3 will be carried out on September 4, 2023, at 7:00 PM by the ship Tariq Ibn Ziyad.
Furthermore, in its statement, Algérie Ferries informs that these modifications were made with the aim of transporting a larger number of passengers between Algeria and Spain. It invites its passengers affected by these journeys to contact its agencies for more information.
