Algerian Agriculture: 250 job positions announced for university and institute graduates

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development revealed on Monday a plan to create 250 employment opportunities across both central and local levels, as well as in its affiliated institutes. This initiative is aimed at benefiting graduates from various universities and higher education institutions in diverse specialties.

The announcement, part of an effort to bolster the human resource capabilities within the department at both local and central tiers, and within their associated institutes, came through a press release picked up by APS agency. The 250 job openings are specifically intended for graduates of numerous higher education institutions.

The roles on offer span across various fields such as Public Veterinary Health, Agronomy Engineering, Information Technology, and Forest Management. The statement further elucidated that these positions will play a vital role in reinforcing the leadership of various programs in the sector, particularly those related to the protection and modernization of public health, digital transformation of the sector, rejuvenation of various strategic agricultural chains, and the preservation of the vegetation cover.
